What is the cost to attend?
Tickets are $8 per person.
Children under 12 are free.
A portion of proceeds will benefit the Baldwin-Wallace Annual Fund.
Is the event open to anyone of just BW Alumni?
The B-W Alumni Cafe is open to anyone who purchases a ticket for the event, they do not need to be B-W Alumni.
Are any food or beverages included in the cost of admission?
No, food and beverages are not included in the cost of admission; however, the Book and Bean offers a wide range of coffees, teas, soft drinks and desserts for your enjoyment.
Will alcoholic beverages be available at the Book and Bean?
No, the Book and Bean is a coffee shop serving a wide variety of coffees, teas, soft drinks and desserts.
How do I become a performer at next year's B-W Alumni Cafe?

Does the B-W Alumni Cafe feature professional acts?
Heavens no!
The B-W Alumni Cafe features amateur or semi-amateur acts that are performing for the fun of performing. We are celebrating our Liberal Arts education by offering an opportunity to express our performing talents. Think of it as art for art's sake where you can take the stage even though you have a real day job.
Do the performers get paid?
No, the performers are playing for fun of performing. Performers can sell merchandise and CDs and we encourage attendees to support the performers efforts by purchasing merchandise, music and/or tipping the bands.
How much of proceeds will benefit the Baldwin-Wallace Annual Fund?
Six-percent (6%) of the funds from ticket sales will be donated to the Baldwin-Wallace Annual Fund. The balance of funds will be used to pay for the costs of presenting the event including renting the venue and staffing expenses.
